A Love That Multiplies

On March fourteenth, our hearts took flight, A date of circles, pure and bright. For 3.14 – sweet and sly – The endless beauty found in pi.
He chose the day so he’d recall, Yet love like ours he’d know through all. Five years have spun like whispered dreams, With laughter stitched in every seam.
We met when shadows claimed the air, A world uncertain, yet you were there. Two best friends who found their place, In quiet talks and warm embrace.
The years have turned, yet here we stand, Two hearts still steady, hand in hand. For love’s no line; it curves and bends, An endless arc that never ends.
So here’s to us, this wondrous ride, Our love like pi won’t be denied. Forever turning, sweet and true, A pattern drawn from me to you.
